**About this applicationCoach2PEV (C2P) allows EPI managers to coach their staff and assess their performance using self-assessment, improvement plan and micro-learning methods.
This application also allows users to conduct PVE surveys**Who can use C2P?EPI staff can use the application with the authorization of the EPI manager at the central level.**How ​​C2P can help immunization staff improve their EPI service deliveryUsing C2P, EPI managers can evaluate the immunization program by conducting surveys and improve supportive supervision activities through performance coaching of EPI staff at all levels of the health system.C2P can be used to conduct any EPI survey, including EPI review, KAP (Knowledge, Attitudes and Practices) survey.
It is an effective tool for measuring the quality of the immunization service that can help improve immunization coverage rates even in the most remote areas.
The C2P application addresses many of the challenges of supportive supervision by providing the following benefits:- Supervisors and supervisees are constantly in contact between field visits, which allows for more effective communication.- Supervisors have access to supervisee dashboards to provide timely support and mentoring.- Foster a culture of performance coaching with self-assessment and continuous monitoring of improvement progress.
As well as facilitating the learning process by making available in the library knowledge grains of knowledge in m-Learning format easily assimilated and accessible, from recognized sources such as WHO, UNICEF and Gavi.
EPI staff can be kept informed of the latest immunization practices by their peers and experts in the community of practice.
